Megan is an outdoor guide and yoga & Pilates instructor who
integrates the natural, outdoor world into her indoor cycling, yoga & Pilates
practice. She believes incorporating nature deepens the
students' present moment time experience through engaging all the
senses. Her intentions are to educate, inspire and support her
students as they grow toward optimal wellness in body, mind and spirit.
