Core Class - Wed. 7:15 – 8:15 pm
$60 per six week session


Fall Session: Sept. 22nd, 29th & Oct. 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th

Late Fall Session: Nov. 3rd, 10th, 17th & Dec. 1st, 8th and 15th
(no class November 24th; snow date Dec. 22nd)


Core Class - Fri. 6:30-7:30 AM

Pilates Class Description

Pilates  (Core Class)

A core conditioning class which strengthens and lengthens key muscles of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, spine, back and abdominals.  Its benefits include a healthier back, a stronger pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, a stronger core and greater flexibility.
