Yoga on the Beach - Sat. 8:45 - 10:00 am

Energetic Vinyasa is a
 
 full-spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga created by Shiva Rea.   Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana - the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence - as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living. Experience innovative approaches to vinyasa yoga and the state of flow within the rhythm of class.  

Yoga
on the Beach -

Please bring a beach towel, bug spray, and sunblock and join us for Yoga on The Beach at The Hollow.  Your instructor will guide you through the integration of the natural, outdoor world with the mindful practice of Hatha Yoga. Experiencing nature brings one’s mind into present moment time through engaging all the senses thus deepening the embodiment of the mind, body, spirit and soul connection.

Chair Yoga -

Bend forward, backward and sideways, while practicing supported, restorative postures on a chair. We balance energetic flowing sequences guided by breath with gentle stretches, guided relaxation and healing imagery.
