The Barn Classes are
$30 per three week session/$15 single class plus 6.35% sales tax

Preferred method of payment is PayPal/credit card online. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you after you have emailed your class preference to megan@peacefulwaywellness.com

Class Descriptions

Prana Flow Yoga® 
is an energetic, creative, full spectrum approach to embodying the flow of yoga cultivated by Shiva Rea.  Students of all levels are empowered to experience prana ~ the universal source of breath, life-energy and conscious intelligence ~ as the navigating source of yoga practice and vital living.  Experience innovative approaches to Vinyasa Yoga and the state of flow within the rhythm of class.

Pilates Mat is a pilates based fitness class with a focus on strengthening and lengthening key muscles of the pelvis, ribcage, shoulder girdle, spine, back and abdominals.  Its benefits include a healthier back, stronger pelvic floor, increased bone density, greater postural awareness, better breathing, a stronger core and greater flexibility.

Teen Yoga and Nutrition is an interactive class examining the concepts of whole foods and refined foods and how each affects a teenagers body, daily life, moods and energy.  They will also be guided through yoga movements with an emphasis on expressing their individuality, creativity and inner strength.   The class will help teens understand their body better through yoga movement and the foods they choose to eat.

Indoor Cycling focuses on cardio vascular health and enhanced mental well being.  Benefits may include increasing lung capacity, muscular strength,flexibility, and aerobic/anaerobic systems, while decreasing blood pressure, stress and resting heart rate.
